Online Booking System - Payment Gateway
Every time your customers make an online booking from our booking site, PayPal and their product Website Payments Pro is used to process their credit/debit card or PayPal purchase. You will need to have a PayPal account based in the UK, USA or Canada in order for payment processing to function.
Additional In-house software licences:
Extra software licences are available if you would like to access the booking system from other areas of your business such as your back-office or bar area.
£110 / $170 / €130 per computer system.
Software Purchase Example
Lets say for example that you wanted to purchase a single licence for your reception computer and also wanted online booking capability. The total price for the first year would be: 1 x Software Licence (£255) + 1 x Online Booking Service (£180). Total = £435. Annual renewal on this would be £180 and this renewal fee covers all licences purchased in previous years.
We are here to grow with your business and we would like to keep you updated with our latest software and support package. Normal systems get out of date when new functionality is not added. We continue adding content to make the system current.
An annual renewal fee is offered to you so that you can take advantage of all of the newest features that we implement into our software, plus continual email/phone/remote support. This includes renewal of all software licences purchased to-date and a years renewal of the commission free online booking service.
We will send you a reminder towards the end of the first year to let you know what options are available.
