If I wanted the program to run on more than one machine, do I need a separate activation code?

Yes, each copy of the hotel booking system needs a separate activation code. Each activation code can be used in one location on a single computer.

What are activation codes?

Activation codes are specially generated keys which remove the 30 day trial limitation allowing you to use the hotel software with any data that was entered during your trial.
