Can I use the supplied email account details once I go live with the system?

The hotel software is included with demo email account details. Demo email account details are provided so that you can easily test the email facility during the 30 day trial. These details are not to be used when you go live as it is a common email account that anyone can access.

As soon as possible, it is recommended that you create a new yahoo email account or some other email account that will work with this system using your own details. The settings of most email providers even let you forward the emails to another account if you need it to.
