How To Do A Search Within Hotel Systems Software
This form is used to search for a customer using any of the customers name or address line information held
on a customer.
To use the search, please first select the type of information you have, i.e. address1. Then
enter the partial information you have, even if it starts with one letter or one number the
search form will then display customer details that have your search criteria in them.
Click search and if there are any records matching the entered criteria then these will be
displayed. A customer record can be viewed by selecting the required customer from the
list of results.
When a customer has been selected, click select and the customer details form will appear.
