How To Add Booking Status's To Hotel Systems Software

This form is used to enter pre-defined booking status's. These are used to mark the current state of a customers booking.

To insert a new booking status, click Add New. Another form will appear allowing you to enter the booking status name, status colour and the position that this booking status will appear in any list or drop down combo box.

To remove a booking status from the database, select it from the list of booking status's and click Delete.

All commands on this form are restricted to supervisor level so only those users will have permission to add and remove booking status's.
