How To Create Hotel Reports Within Hotel Systems Software
This form is used to generate reports for various managed accommodation departments.
Reports include some of the following:
- Accounting Report
- Booking Extras
- Cleaning
- Porters / Security
- Room Financial Report
- Guest Arrivals
- etc.
Some of the available reports allow dates to be specified, where as other reports don't
need dates specified.
A brief description of each report can be read by clicking on the required report from the
list on the form.
All reports can also be exported into CSV (Comma Separated File.) This format makes it easy
to import into other programs such as Microsoft Excel.
To display a report, please select it from the list and then choose dates as needed and
then click on preview.
